4 staff served me at boots options throughout my experience, very helpful and warming staff. Made a lot of options available to me including picking a pair of sunglasses to have lenses in! I have a scheme through work where I receive £25, the staff working at that time was unsure how to put it through. The next day I received a phone call to say that I had paid to much and was due a refund of £25. Good customer service and follow up! Definitely recommend
